Minimizing Location Exposure
1. App-level controls
- Set most apps to "While Using" not "Always"
- Disable precise location for apps that don't need it
- Weather app doesn't need GPS precision -- city level is fine
2. WiFi and Bluetooth scanning
iOS: Can't fully disable without turning off WiFi
Android: Settings > Location > WiFi scanning: OFF

3. Photo metadata
