새 API 키를 채팅에 노출하지 않고 중앙 볼트에 등록한다. 트리거 — "/tikeytaka:add", "키 등록해줘", "○○ api 키 발급받았어", "키 갱신해줘". 사용자가 키 값을 채팅에 붙여넣으면 즉시 이 절차로 유도한다.
기존 프로젝트들의 .env 파일을 탐색해 API 키를 중앙 볼트로 등록하고, 각 .env를 볼트와 연결한다. 트리거 — "/tikeytaka:scan", "env 스캔해줘", "흩어진 키 정리해줘", "프로젝트 키 통합해줘".
중앙 볼트의 키를 연결된 모든 프로젝트 .env에 전파한다. 트리거 — "/tikeytaka:sync", "키 동기화해줘", "키 전파해줘", "env 반영해줘", 키 갱신 직후.

서비스별로 묶어 표로 보여준다: 서비스명 | 연결된 프로젝트 수 | 연결 파일들. sync --check에서 어긋남이 있으면 맨 위에 경고하고 tkt sync 실행을 제안한다. 키 값은 어떤 경우에도 출력하지 않는다.
