把扫描版/图片版 PDF 在本地 OCR 成可搜索、可复制的 PDF，保留原始版式，中英文（含繁体、竖排、日韩）皆可，引擎为 Apple Vision，离线秒级。默认保真档内嵌图像逐字节不变，仅叠加隐形文字层；已有文字层的页自动跳过，支持整目录批量；--md 另出层级化 Markdown 纯文字版，已可复制的 PDF 则跳过 OCR 直接生成。当用户说「这个 PDF 不能复制/选不中字」「扫描件转文字」「PDF OCR」「让 PDF 可搜索」「把扫描的论文弄成能复制的」「searchable PDF」「把 PDF 转成 Markdown/提取全文」时使用。
