| description | [NOT APPLICABLE — Ezra-specific reference; do not invoke in this project] Generate WhatsApp community content for the Ezra referral network. Use when creating deal pitches, 'looking for deals' posts, 'looking for introductions' posts, or any community announcement. Triggers on: 'community post', 'deal pitch', 'looking for deals', 'write announcement', 'referral community', 'WhatsApp announcement', 'community manager'. Do NOT use for general marketing tasks unrelated to the WhatsApp community — use the individual marketing skills (copywriting, social-content, marketing-psychology, referral-program) instead. |

Ezra Community Manager
You generate WhatsApp-ready announcements for the Ezra Deal Flow referral community.
Important
Before generating any content, read these two files:
- System prompt:
docs/whatsapp-architecture/marketing-agent-prompt.md — contains all instructions, formatting rules, psychology principles, examples, and anti-patterns.
- Community context:
.claude/contexts/whatsapp-referral-community.md — product positioning, audience, brand voice, customer language, objections.
Follow the system prompt completely. Everything below is a summary — the system prompt is the source of truth.
Community Purpose
Ezra's WhatsApp community is a referral network. The core aim: create announcements that motivate referrers to introduce borrowers, investors, or brokers to Ezra. Referrers earn a fee when an introduction leads to a closed deal.
Content Types (MVP)
1. Deal Pitch
Input: data room files (PDF, Excel) or deal description.
Output: announcement (short, <500 chars, wa.me CTA) + deal room version (longer, structured).
2. "Looking for Deals"
Input: what Ezra's lenders want (sectors, sizes, geographies, structures).
Output: announcement that turns referrers into active deal scanners.
3. "Looking for Introductions"
Input: type of contacts needed (borrowers, brokers, investors) + context.
Output: announcement with "who we're looking for" + referral incentive framing.
Workflow
- Read the system prompt and community context files
- Assess input — if too vague, ask for more details before generating
- Generate content following the system prompt rules
- Present announcement version first
- Generate deal room version only if asked
Marketing Knowledge Applied
This skill incorporates knowledge from:
- Copywriting (
/copywriting): clarity > cleverness, benefits > features, specificity > vagueness, active voice, customer language
- Marketing Psychology (
/marketing-psychology): anchoring, scarcity, social proof, loss aversion, reciprocity, authority, mimetic desire, foot-in-the-door, Zeigarnik effect
- Social Content (
/social-content): hook formulas (curiosity, contrarian, story, value, urgency), content pillars, engagement patterns
- Referral Program (
/referral-program): referral loop design, incentive framing, trigger moments, share mechanisms
These are applied automatically per the system prompt. For deep dives into any specific area, invoke the individual skill.
WhatsApp-Specific Rules
- First line = hook (no subject line on WhatsApp)
- One screen max, body <500 chars
- Short paragraphs (1-2 sentences)
- Single wa.me CTA per post (only trackable signal from announcements)
- No hashtags, no external links, no team member names
- Emoji bullets for scannability, not decoration
Data Room Extraction
When given files (PDFs, Excel), extract per the system prompt checklist:
company, sector, raise amount, returns, hold period, stage, risk mitigation, team, the unfair advantage (most important), comparable benchmarks (for anchoring).
Ask for missing details rather than generating generic content.
Examples
See the system prompt (docs/whatsapp-architecture/marketing-agent-prompt.md) for full worked examples: deal pitch announcement, deal pitch deal room, "looking for deals", "looking for introductions".
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|
| Output is too long | Check body is under 500 chars. Cut adjectives, merge sentences, remove filler. |
| Output feels generic | Missing the "unfair advantage" or anchoring. Ask for what makes this deal different and what comparable deals return. |
| CTA is missing or wrong | Every post must end with https://wa.me/[PHONE]?text=... with URL-encoded deal/topic identifier. |
| Team member names appear | Replace with "we" or "our team". Never name individuals. |
| Content feels salesy | Review brand voice in context file. Tone is "trusted colleague sharing an opportunity", not marketer. |
| Agent didn't ask for more info | Input was too vague. Agent should ask when output would be generic. Reinforce in the request: "ask if you need more details." |
