feynman-peer-review

A rigorous multi-lens review of any codebase, design doc, architecture, API, or artifact. Runs a Feynman clarity check (can it be explained simply?) plus three lenses: an Enterprise Architect (systems, boundaries, evolvability, reversibility), a Principal Software Engineer (correctness, simplicity, testability, failure modes), and a Devil's Advocate — a harsh engineering lead who nitpicks everything and deliberately overstates severity to stress-test the work, then gets recalibrated. Use whenever the user asks for a design, code, architecture, or peer review, a red team, sanity check, second opinion, or feedback on engineering work — or says things like "review this", "poke holes in this", "tear it apart", "be brutal", "is this over-engineered", or "review from an architect's view". Trigger even if the lenses aren't named. Can also run as a single lens — just the architect, engineer, or devil's advocate — on request (e.g. "engineer lens only", "just the devil's advocate").
