Phase 2: DEFINE Synthesize inspiration into concrete design system BEFORE writing code:

No identical card grids (same-sized cards repeated endlessly)
No hero metric layout (big number + small label + gradient)
No glassmorphism everywhere — use purposefully, not decoratively
No generic shadows on every element

No center-everything — left-aligned with asymmetric layouts feels more designed
