ecmanim-voiceover

Narration for ecmanim: voiceover() synthesizes speech, muxes it into the scene's audio track at the current time, and hands your callback a tracker you use to sync animations to the words being spoken. This is Node-only (TTS providers shell out to ffmpeg/system binaries/HTTP APIs).
