Calc

Use the calc command for quick calculations.

Prefer this when the user wants to:

• evaluate a math expression
• calculate a date offset (add/subtract days, weeks, months)
• convert currencies at live exchange rates

Presenting results

For numeric results, consider using the card tool (metric layout) to display the answer visually — especially for results the user will want to reference (prices, percentages, dates). The card tool is a direct tool — call it by name, not via bash. For simple inline answers ("2 + 2 = 4"), plain text is fine.

Notes

• Math uses JavaScript expressions (sandboxed via Function).
• Date supports days, weeks, months, and years offsets.
• For currency conversion, use price convert 100 --from USD --to EUR (the price skill).
