Build on composio:composio-gmail. Use this specialist for direct triage requests.

Workflow

1. Default to INBOX + a clear timeframe unless asked for a broader audit.
2. composio_search / execute a Gmail fetch/search tool to shortlist before bodies.
3. Exclude obvious noise early (newsletters, calendar churn) when they dominate.
4. Read bodies only when snippets are insufficient.
5. Escalate to thread reads when conversation context changes classification.
6. Return buckets: Urgent, Needs reply soon, Waiting, FYI.

Bucket Heuristics

• Urgent: time pressure, blocking asks, deadlines, operational breakage risk
• Needs reply soon: direct asks without same-day fire drill; user is next responder
• Waiting: user already replied or blocker is elsewhere
• FYI: announcements, newsletters, churn, no action

Output

• Include sender, subject, why, likely next action
• State timeframe, scope, confidence
• Treat reply-needed as inference
• Do not claim full inbox triage if only a slice was checked
