Refund policy

• 30-day window. Orders purchased more than 30 days ago are not refundable, with no exception for the customer having been away, ill, or unaware.
• Digital goods are refundable only if never downloaded.
• Partial refunds apply to damaged items: 50% of the line item, not the order total.
• Shipping is refunded only when the fault was ours.
• Identity check required above $100: confirm the email on the order.
• Once only. An order already refunded cannot be refunded again, whatever the customer says happened afterwards.
