Create this structure:
src/app/ layout.tsx + page.tsx + globals.css
src/components/ ui/ + features/
src/lib/ utils.ts (cn) + constants.ts
public/images/
Finish with git init && git add . && git commit -m "chore: scaffold" and npm run build verification.
