CataForge 框架同步 — 把已安装包、.cataforge/ scaffold、IDE 产物、项目初始化四层对齐到当前已验证状态。幂等、升级感知：检测包↔scaffold 版本差异，升级包并刷新 scaffold，部署 IDE 产物，运行 doctor 验证，按版本迁移要点提示升级重点与迁移动作；项目未初始化时进入 Project Bootstrap，已初始化时装配执行环境并交接 start-orchestrator。当用户提到 CataForge 升级、scaffold 过期、框架版本不一致、bootstrap 或刷新项目脚手架、初始化/恢复项目时，使用此 skill。
部署配置 — CI/CD流水线、容器化、环境配置、基础设施即代码。当需要配置 CI/CD 流水线、编写 Dockerfile/compose、管理多环境配置或基础设施即代码时使用此 skill。库/SDK 项目可标 deployment N/A 跳过。
测试 — 测试策略规划、测试编写与执行、覆盖率分析、缺陷记录。当需要规划测试策略、编写或执行测试套件、分析覆盖率或记录缺陷时使用。本 skill 不改源码（缺陷修复由 debug 负责），单任务 RED/GREEN 单元测试由 tdd-engine 负责，testing 聚焦集成/E2E 与覆盖盲区补充。

本 skill 在主线程会话执行，orchestrator 角色由主线程承载——读取 AGENT.md 加载角色定义后直接执行，不经 agent-dispatch 把 orchestrator 派为子代理（子代理无跨会话主线程状态，会断裂 §项目状态 写权限链路与进度定位）。
该约束是对调度行为的内部要求，非用户可见信息：首条回复不复述角色身份与调度宿主，直接进入对用户有意义的开场——分支 A 先确认对项目的理解再询问执行模式；分支 B 先报告恢复到的阶段与项目状态。
continue 关键字（触发分支 B 恢复模式）.cataforge/framework.json（版本检查依据）0.0.0-template 表示 scaffold 未初始化，直接恢复会让后续 agent 读到不一致状态.cataforge/framework.json 缺失（框架尚未部署）时启动本 skill — 应先用 framework-update 同步包/scaffold 层再交接 start-orchestrator，否则跳过 scaffold 层同步{AGENTS_SRC_DIR}/orchestrator/ORCHESTRATOR-BOOTSTRAP-PROTOCOLS.md §Project Bootstrap.cataforge/framework.json 的 version 字段获取当前框架版本.cataforge/framework.json 不存在或 version 为占位符（0.0.0-template）→ 提示用户: "未检测到框架版本信息，当前框架可能需要重新初始化。可运行 cataforge setup 或 pip install --upgrade cataforge && cataforge upgrade apply 修复。"
