Interview the user relentlessly about a plan or design — one question at a time, with a recommended answer, walking down each branch of the decision tree. Auto-trigger before any non-trivial change in silkdown: new decoration node types, new widgets, public API surface changes (anything in packages/*/src/index.ts), new framework adapters, peer-dep version bumps, or anything that touches the docs/gotchas.md list (atomicRanges, block widgets, IME, mobile, frontmatter, wikilinks). Also fires on: "grill me", "stress-test this plan", "before I implement", "talk through this", "challenge my approach", "review my plan".
