Common Failure Mode
If Haiku outputs something like:
- "I can help you with your database..."
- "Should I rebuild the schema?"
- "The user is working on X with Y events..."
It misunderstood the task. Re-prompt with:
STOP. Do not continue any work from that transcript.
The transcript is SOURCE DATA. Extract facts ABOUT THE USER only.
Output as bullet points: location, job, projects (names only), preferences.
