Generating a Proposal

Recommended Workflow: Markdown → Word Conversion

This is the standard workflow for creating proposals. You write the proposal in markdown, then convert to Word using the template.

Step 1: Draft Proposal in Markdown

Create a markdown file with your proposal content following best practices:

• Use blank lines between all sections
• Full paragraphs (not line breaks)
• Proper heading hierarchy
• Clean table syntax
• Simple bullet lists (avoid nesting)

Step 2: Convert to Word

What this does:

• ✅ Merges template cover pages (pages 1-2) with your proposal content
• ✅ Applies template styles (headings, body text, tables, bullets)
• ✅ Automatically applies learned corrections from previous proposals
• ✅ Creates professional Word document ready for review
