GTM Engine — Orchestrator
This is the orchestrator for the modular GTM engine. It runs 8 skills in sequence, passing outputs between them. Each skill can also be invoked standalone.
Before starting, read all skill files from the skills/ folder so you understand the full pipeline.
Inputs — collect before starting
Ask the user for the following before running any step:
- Your company domain (required) — your own company's domain, e.g.
workflows.io. This is used in Step 1 to research your company and extract your ICP, and in Step 8 to find verified case studies and social proof for the emails.
- Your company name (required) — the name of your company as it will appear in outreach emails, e.g.
Workflows.io
Store as:
{sender_domain} — used for both company research and social proof lookup{sender_company} — used in email copy
Confirm the domain looks correct before proceeding. Clay fails silently on typos.
Pipeline
Run these 8 skills in order. Each skill reads its input from the previous skill's output. Do not skip steps unless the user explicitly asks to start from a specific step.

Read each skill file before executing that step. Follow the instructions in the skill file exactly.
Standalone mode
If the user asks to run a single step (e.g. "just run the copywriting step" or "start from people enrichment"), skip directly to that skill file and ask the user to provide the required inputs for that step manually.
Decision log
After each step, briefly confirm completion and what was produced before moving to the next step. This keeps the user informed and allows them to intervene if something looks wrong.
