在 MateCloud 新建业务模块 (mate-{name}) 时使用。约束 DDD 四层结构、命名后缀、错误码、端口分配、领域纯净，避免手搓出不合规范的模块。当用户说"新建模块""加一个 mate-xxx 服务""scaffold a module"时触发。
在准备把 MateCloud（或其子集）开源 / 发布到公开仓前使用。按 open-core 边界把关：剥离企业代码、清竞品名与内部路径、查密钥、确认 LICENSE。当用户说"要开源了""发布公开版""开源前检查""oss release"时触发。

目标：让每次提交都过得了 harness，并符合提交规范。

修法对照 .claude/.harness/rules/：每个 check 的 rule: 字段（见 manifest.yml）指向对应规则文件。

格式 {type}({scope}): {description}，中文描述 OK：
feat / fix / refactor / docs / chore / test / style / perfsystem / auth / gateway / harness …）fix(system): 用户查询分页参数校验缺失提交信息末尾按本仓约定加 Co-Authored-By 行（若由 AI 协作）。
当前在默认分支（main）就先开 feature/{name} 或 fix/{issue}；
本项目日常工作流是提交并推送到 dev（除非另有要求）。
