config-migration

收到 /config-migration 指令时，按以下步骤执行：

1. 迁移前备份

   • 读取当前配置文件内容
   • 确认备份路径，创建备份（加时间戳后缀）
   • 备份完成后再继续

2. 执行迁移

   • 只修改明确要求变更的字段
   • 不改动其他配置项
   • 保留原有注释和格式风格

3. 迁移后校验

   • 对比迁移前后的 diff
   • 检查必填字段是否齐全
   • 检查格式是否合法（JSON/YAML 语法）

4. 回滚方案

   • 如果校验失败，立即从备份恢复
   • 告知我回滚结果
