Meetings - Prep, Agendas, Recaps

Three modes that share one memory loop, so every meeting builds on the last:

Workflow (every mode)

1. Resolve the meeting. Identify the meeting and its series slug (ask if new). Read meetings/config.md and the series folder per references/memory.md.
2. Gather context - the full sweep in references/delivery.md: calendar event, related email threads, meeting-notes transcript, the series' previous preps/agendas/recaps, the configured GitHub context repo, and chat history. Pasted material from the user outranks everything.
3. Pick the variant. Audience internal or external - from config, attendee domains, or the user. Ask only if genuinely ambiguous.
4. Draft using the locked template in references/formats.md, obeying every rule in references/style.md. Prep mode stops after saving: show the brief, done.
5. Preview. Show the draft in chat. Wait for approval. Never deliver without it.
6. Deliver and record. Follow the delivery ladder in references/delivery.md, then save the file and front-matter per references/memory.md - including the chat timestamp so the recap can thread under the agenda.

Mode notes

• prep: Optimize for scanning in the two minutes before the call: the objective, who's in the room, what's still open, what to ask.
• agenda: Every numbered item names what's needed from the group (sign-off / decision / discussion / FYI). Close with Still open carried from the last recap.
• recap: Run it promptly after the call. Every action item has an owner; every open item from the agenda is resolved or explicitly re-carried.

Defaults

• Never auto-send. Drafts and previews only, unless told "send".
• No connectors available: the formats still work - saved file + clipboard.
• Works well with a voice/style skill if you use one; run it before preview.
