Horizon Review
The core planning session, for any range:
- Name the range (week, month, quarter, year, or further).
- What is true right now.
- One to three bets for the range.
- What this week should feel like.
- Stop.
Review Cadence
- Weekly: every Monday, review last week and plan the week.
- Monthly: first Monday of the month, the wider meeting. Goals, money, projects, life.
- Quarterly: first Monday of the quarter, the quarterly check-in. Zoom out.
- New Year: review the year, set the next one.
- Birthday: the personal-year session. Where are you? Who are you becoming?
