Upgrade an existing DApp Skill into one compatible with the Onchain OS routing contract. The scaffold reads the source skill, classifies its tools, wraps transaction/signing tools in a pending_sign shell, injects required spec sections, and runs self-checks. This scaffold does **not** generate skills from scratch. Bring an existing DApp skill — the scaffold's job is to convert, not to invent.
