Principles
- Positioning first, features second. If you can't explain who it's for and why, building more features won't help.
- Two channels, not ten. Pre-PMF, depth beats breadth. Master two channels before adding a third.
- Price on value, not cost. What you charge signals what you are. Underpricing erodes trust.
- Measure what matters. One north star, 5-7 supporting metrics. Everything else is noise.
- Launch is day one, not the finish line. The real work starts after you ship.
- Personalize or don't send. Level 3+ personalization minimum. Everything else is spam.
