dogfood

Sovereign-stack PRE-RELEASE protocol. Run this BEFORE generating a GitHub or crates.io release of any Rust crate in the fleet (copia, forjar, pmat, trueno, aprender, …). It runs every local release gate (fmt, clippy, tests, ≥95% coverage, cargo-deny, provable contracts) through the deterministic tools — pv, bashrs, pmat — verifies the release's CLI/HTTP/MCP interfaces against the spawned binary — including a DERIVED, SIMULTANEOUS cross-transport invariance check that invokes the same verb through every declared transport while all of them are live and requires byte-identical results, does a publish dry-run, and DOGFOODS the crate by using its own release binary on real data. Then it requires the MANDATORY clean-room gate and gives a go/no-go verdict with a receipt. Use when the user says "dogfood", "pre-release", "release checklist", "ready to publish/release", "cut a release", or asks whether a crate is release-ready.
