# signoz
SigNoz full-stack observability platform
## When to Activate
- Use **signoz** from an MCP-aware client
- Monitoring tasks that signoz supports
- Register signoz via `claude mcp add` or `.mcp.json`
## Installation
signoz is an MCP server (stdio transport). Register it with Claude Code:

claude mcp add signoz -- npx @signoz/mcp
```
Or add to `.mcp.json`:
