Video Generation skill
Generates short video clips via the OpenRouter Video Generation API.
Default model: bytedance/seedance-2.0
Setup
- Add your OpenRouter API key under
OPENROUTER_API_KEY in Ouroboros Settings.
- Run
review_skill(skill="video_gen") and wait for a PASS verdict.
- On the Skills tab, click Grant access to authorise this skill to read
OPENROUTER_API_KEY from settings.
toggle_skill(skill="video_gen", enabled=true) (or use the Enable button on the Skills tab).

The output file is written to the skill state directory
(~/Ouroboros/data/state/skills/video_gen/), injected by skill_exec as
OUROBOROS_SKILL_STATE_DIR. The script raises an error if this variable
is not set (it must be run via skill_exec, not directly).
