Fast and tactical. This is the daily habit, not the weekly strategy (/path-to-close owns strategy). Target: founder reads it in under a minute.
Gather (keep it cheap)
round tasks list — overdue and due-today first.round investors list — staleness scan: tier-A with lastContactAt > 14 days, anyone Met / Diligence / Term sheet / Committed with no nextActionDueAt.- Gmail (read-only): investor threads where the last message is from THEM and unanswered.
- Calendar: investor meetings in the next 48h → each one gets a "run
/prep <name>" line.
- If the belief-engine skills are installed, also run
/suggest-moves for VOI-ranked recommendations and merge them in; otherwise skip.
Output (conversational, in chat — no file unless asked)
A ranked list, max 7 items, each one line:
1. [REPLY] <investor> replied yesterday — answer today (momentum).
2. [PREP] <investor> call tomorrow 2pm — run /prep <investor>.
3. [OVERDUE] Send <committed investor> the SAFE — committed, nothing sent.
4. [STALE] <tier-A investor> silent 16 days post-meeting — follow up.

Order by: (1) unanswered investor replies, (2) meetings <48h out, (3) overdue commitments to committed investors, (4) staleness on tier-A. Cut anything that doesn't change the round's odds this week.
Close the loop
- For any dropped ball with no task tracking it, propose
round tasks add --text "..." [--investor <id>] [--due <date>] (proposal only).
- If the same item has appeared 3+ days running, say so bluntly — a perpetually-deferred move is a decision being avoided.
