Use this skill to draft outbound messages from brain facts.
Rules
- Facts come from the brain. Read canonical pages first.
- If the brain is stale, update it through
brain-ingest before drafting.
- Draft only. Do not send messages directly.
- Link durable external sources when available. Avoid linking local-only paths for an external audience.
Workflow
- Identify the audience and channel from the user request. If not specified, draft plain text for human review.
- Read
index.md, then the canonical pages and source summaries.
- Preserve uncertainty labels and absolute dates.
- Write a concise draft with:
- headline fact;
- what changed;
- why it matters;
- action needed, or explicitly no action needed;
- source links or references.
- If drafting revealed missing or stale brain facts, stop and run
brain-ingest first.
Style
- Direct and concrete.
- Facts before adjectives.
- Short sections or bullets for scanning.
- No unsupported claims.
