# Obsidian
## When to Use
Use when the user asks to manage a general Obsidian vault, create or update markdown notes, search backlinks, repair wikilinks, or maintain daily notes.
## Do Not Use When
Do not use for clipping a URL/PDF into llm-wiki raw sources or for deep llm-wiki maintenance passes.
## Required Inputs
Vault path, note title or path, desired frontmatter, and link/update scope.
## Workflow
1. Search the vault for existing notes and backlinks.
2. Edit markdown notes with stable frontmatter and wikilinks.
3. Preserve user content while applying targeted updates.
4. Verify links and summarize changed files.
