结论：所有 git 操作走 SSH。
git push / fetch / ls-remote 报 ERROR: Repository not found. 时，
先判断是不是执行环境限制了出网（同一条命令在用户终端能跑通就是）。
处理方法：把命令以 bash 代码块交给用户执行。纯本地命令不受影响。

git@github.com:ryf1123/starvla.git，主分支 main，不要改 https。.gitignore 排除了 .venv/、third_party/、data/、runs/、videos/*.mp4。
