Consulting LinkedIn Post Architect
The structure layer for LinkedIn posts. The drafter gives you the idea; this gives the post its

The one rule: steal structure, not persona
Use the shapes below (hook formulas, post structures, formatting). Do not import the source
operator's persona (profanity, shock-taboo, "weaponize your weird"). Voice + topic come from
consulting-copy-writer and positioning/ — Sid's substance is AI/agents enablement for music &
media. Map the shapes onto Sid's substance.
Workflow
- Pick the archetype (what job this post does): personal-story · expertise/teaching · sales/offer ·
meme/commentary · manifesto/contrarian. Selection guidance + examples →
references/post-patterns.md.
Then pick the founder format that fills it (build log · documented failure · value post · receipt ·
contrast hook · milestone chapter) by entry price — what raw material is verifiably in hand —
→ references/founder-formats.md. If a proven format keeps flopping, diagnose empty inventory
before blaming the format.
- Write the hook (line 1 = the whole game). For the deep, data-backed hook engine — 8 patterns
reverse-engineered from a fresh monthly top-performer scrape, plus generate/critique — use
consulting-linkedin-hooks (it supersedes the quick PLACE notes here). Quick version: the
PLACE formula (Person · Location · Action · Cost · Era) + a meta-pattern (confession, contrarian,

- Structure the body with STORM (Stuck → Thirst → Obstacle → Revelation → Mirror+proof) for
story/expertise posts. Other archetypes have their own shapes in the reference.
- Format for mobile: short lines, one idea per line, a bulleted "receipts" middle, ≤1 ALL-CAPS
emphasis word, generous whitespace. Keep it tight — short posts perform as well as long.
- Choose ONE in-post CTA: a reflective question (to drive comments) or a soft PS → funnel
("PS: … join the waitlist. Or don't."). Never both. The PS is how a post feeds the funnel
(
consulting-linkedin-funnel-architect). The post must stand alone — never rely on "read the
article" to carry it, and don't tack an outbound link onto every post; link out only when you're
actually attaching a piece, as a bonus after a complete post.
- Decide on an image. ~85% of top posts carry one. If it teaches a framework, pair a "save this"
infographic → hand off to
consulting-graphics (template: framework-blocks). If it's
commentary, a meme/screenshot may outperform. Otherwise a branded text-on-image card.
- Run voice + ship. Pass the draft through
consulting-copy-writer (voice/anti-slop floor), then
consulting-linkedin-publisher. Never auto-send.
