openspec (SDD)

Follow the Spec-Driven Development (SDD) protocol. ALWAYS create a SPEC.md before starting any significant implementation.

SPEC.md Structure

1. Overview: High-level goal and problem statement.
2. Requirements: Functional and non-functional requirements.
3. Technical Stack: Selected technologies and versions.
4. Architecture: Component diagram and data flow.
5. Implementation Plan: Step-by-step breakdown (milestones).
6. Verification: How to test and verify the implementation.

Guidelines

• Draft First: Never code without a spec if the task involves more than 1 file.
• Reference: Use @spec-architect to refine the SPEC.md.
• Validation: Ensure the spec is approved before moving to ulw (ultrawork).
• Updates: If requirements change, update the SPEC.md first.
