CI
.github/workflows/ci.yml: builds oeis.db, then npm run test:e2e with CI=true in the E2E job.

Common failures

| Expect Play but see Pause | Full-screen should start paused; if Pause shows, check useBuildAnimation is not calling restart() on load |
| Back test fails | Navigate from home first so router.back() has history |
| Expo web slow to start | CI timeout is 120s; locally wait for webServer ready |
Adding specs
- Add
testID to RN component if none exists.
- Put spec in
e2e/*.spec.ts.
- Run locally before PR.
- Keep specs focused on user-visible web behavior; do not assert pixel-perfect canvas output.
