Load the relevant context

Apply the context

• Treat the references as current direction, not an irrevocable career plan. A newer user statement overrides them and should prompt an update when the user asks to preserve the change.
• Evaluate responsibilities rather than titles. A Tech Lead role fits only when it retains substantial design, implementation, debugging, testing, and code-review work.
• Do not frame the candidate as a junior or as starting a general software career again. Identify the narrow gap between his established experience and the target role.
• Separate confirmed preferences, evidence from the CV, and working hypotheses. Do not turn an attractive sector or technology into a claimed requirement without confirmation.
• Keep provider reputation, French quality certification, and OASYS approval as separate facts. Only explicit confirmation from OASYS establishes eligibility under the redeployment budget.
• Treat the training arcs as adjustable backlogs. Do not schedule every arc at once or let an autonomous preparation project delay an approved instructor-led course.
