Rules

New Shine prototypes go in Resources/Prototypes/_sh.
New Shine locale goes in Resources/Locale/en-US/_sh.
Use entity prototype localization patterns when supported.
Keep prototype IDs and locale IDs specific enough to avoid clashes.
