Bicep Curls

Keep the upper arms pinned at the sides and curl the forearms up to the shoulders, then lower. Loops.

How

• Upper arms stay at rest (LeftUpperArm:[0,0,90],RightUpperArm:[0,0,-90]).
• Curl up: fold the elbows (LeftForearm:[0,0,-130],RightForearm:[0,0,130]).
• Lower: forearms back to straight ([0,0,0]). loop:true.
