Hunch forward with the hands braced on the knees and let the back heave with heavy breaths. Loop with a slow rise/fall of the spine.

How

• Braced: Spine:[50,0,0],Chest:[15,0,0], head hanging (Head:[-10,0,0]), hands on knees (*UpperArm:[90,0,±10], forearms folded), knees soft (*UpLeg:[25,0,0]).
• Breathe: heave the spine/chest a little (Spine ~±5, Head ~±5). Loop.
