clean-and-jerk

Two phases: clean the bar from the floor up to the front-rack at the shoulders, then dip and jerk it locked out overhead. A non-looping sequence.

How

• Setup: deep hinge over the bar (Spine:[60,0,0], knees bent, arms down *UpperArm:[120,0,0]), root.y:-0.4.
• Clean to rack: stand tall, elbows whip up to the shoulders (*UpperArm:[40,0,±60], forearms folded), root.y:0.
• Dip & jerk: small knee dip then drive bar overhead (*UpperArm:[0,0,∓90], forearms straight), root.y:0.
