Cross

A rear-hand straight punch driven by torso rotation. From a guard, fire the right arm straight out as the hips/chest rotate toward the left.

How

• Guard: forearms up by the face (as in jab).
• Cross: extend the right arm (RightUpperArm:[90,0,0],RightForearm:[0,0,0]) while rotating the torso left Spine:[0,-25,0],Chest:[0,-15,0].
• Return to guard. Slightly slower/heavier than a jab.
