On all fours, lift one bent knee out to the side (hip abduction) like a dog at a hydrant, then lower. Uses posture:kneel (don't set root.y). Abduction is a UpLeg Z change.

How

• posture:"kneel". Tabletop: Spine:[80,0,0], hands down *UpperArm:[120,0,0].
• Down (start): RightUpLeg:[90,0,0],RightLeg:[110,0,0].
• Lift out to side: RightUpLeg:[80,0,-45] (abduct), knee bent. Loop.
