jump-in-place

Repeated small hops straight up and down without going anywhere. Because only root.y changes (and it returns to 0 each cycle), this can safely loop.

How

• Use a sequence with loop:true (or a count like 3). Only animate root.y — leave x/z/faceDeg alone so it stays put. Returning root.y to 0 at the end of each cycle keeps the ABSOLUTE root values consistent across loops.
• Each cycle: small crouch (root.y:-0.12, knees bent), pop up (root.y:~0.35, legs to rest), land (root.y:0).
• durationMs per cycle ~600–800.
