jump-rope

Light, springy rope-skipping: small root.y hops on the balls of the feet while the hands stay low at the hips and the forearms make tight circles (the "rope").

How

• Hands low and slightly forward (*UpperArm:[0,0,±75]), forearms turning the rope (LeftForearm:[0,0,-60],RightForearm:[0,0,60]).
• Hop with a small root.y (~0.12) that returns to 0 each cycle; toes pointed on the lift (*Foot:[60,0,0]), flat on land ([90,0,0]).
• Loop with a short per-hop durationMs.
