jump-rope-double

A double-under: jump noticeably higher than a normal skip so the rope passes twice — taller root.y hop and a quick forearm flick mid-air.

How

• Hands low (*UpperArm:[0,0,±80]); forearms flick faster/wider at the apex (LeftForearm:[0,0,-75],RightForearm:[0,0,75]).
• Bigger hop (root.y ~0.25) returning to 0; toes pointed in the air (*Foot:[55,0,0]).
• Loop; slightly shorter durationMs than a single skip.
