Both fists up by the shoulders, then yanked down sharply together — a big two-armed celebration pump. Loop.

How

• Up: both fists high (LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-60],LeftForearm:[0,0,-140],RightUpperArm:[0,0,60],RightForearm:[0,0,140]).
• Pump down: elbows drive down (*UpperArm:[20,0,±20], forearms a bit more open), small crunch (Spine:[5,0,0]). Loop.
