Shoulder Press

Press from a "racked" position (arms bent up near the shoulders) to straight overhead, then lower back. Loops.

How

• Rack: LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-10],LeftForearm:[0,0,-100], RightUpperArm:[0,0,10],RightForearm:[0,0,100] (hands up by the shoulders).
• Press up: arms straight overhead (LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-90], RightUpperArm:[0,0,90], forearms 0).
• Lower back to the rack. loop:true.
