Both hands take the ball back behind the head with an arched back, then snap forward and over to release, stepping into it. A non-looping sequence.

How

• Load behind head: LeftUpperArm:[20,0,-110],RightUpperArm:[20,0,110], elbows set, back arch (Spine:[-20,0,0]).
• Release overhead forward: LeftUpperArm:[120,0,-10],RightUpperArm:[120,0,10], torso whips forward (Spine:[20,0,0]), step (LeftUpLeg:[30,0,0],LeftLeg:[40,0,0]).
