Heavy alternating foot stomps, on the spot. A short looping sequence that raises one foot and slams it back down (NO moveTo).

How

• Use a sequence with loop:true (or a small count like 3). Raise one foot by flexing hip+knee (UpLeg:[40,0,0],Leg:[60,0,0]), then plant it back to rest (UpLeg:[0,0,180],Leg:[0,0,0]); alternate sides.
• A heavier feel comes from a slightly longer durationMs ~700–900 per cycle. No moveTo.
