A springy swing basic: rock back and recover with a constant bouncy root.y and the arms pumping like holding a partner. Loop.

How

• Bounce on a small root.y (~0.05) each beat; rock the weight between the legs (*UpLeg X ~15–25) with a slight torso sway (Spine Z ±6).
• Arms bent and pumping (*UpperArm:[30,0,±70], forearms folded). Loop.
