tuck-jumps

Explode straight up and snap both knees up toward the chest at the apex, then land soft. Loop with a clear root.y arc that returns to 0.

How

• Load: *UpLeg:[40,0,0],*Leg:[60,0,0], root.y:-0.25.
• Apex tuck: knees high (*UpLeg:[110,0,0],*Leg:[120,0,0]), arms reach down to meet knees (*UpperArm:[100,0,0]), root.y:0.35.
• Land at rest, root.y:0. Loop.
