How

• Load: knees bent (*UpLeg:[40,0,0],*Leg:[60,0,0]), root.y:-0.2.
• Block: legs extend, both arms up and forward (LeftUpperArm:[20,0,-90],RightUpperArm:[20,0,90]), on toes, root.y:0.3.
• Land back to rest.
