wrist-circles

Hold both arms straight out in front and draw circles with the hands at the wrist — a quick mobility warm-up. Loop the Hand rotation around its axes.

How

• Arms forward: *UpperArm:[90,0,0], forearms straight.
• Cycle the hands: Hand:[20,0,0] → [0,20,0] → [-20,0,0] → [0,-20,0] → repeat (both hands together). Loop.
